- Develop overseas markets, primarily through inquiries, email outreach, and international social media tools to find potential clients, and facilitate transactions via phone, email, etc.
- Convert clients and close deals based on company-provided leads and resources.
- Utilize company resources to deeply explore client potential based on their needs.
- Handle client inquiries proactively, promptly identify client issues, and provide accurate and satisfactory responses.
- Establish good relationships with clients, understand and explore their needs.
- Diligently implement and complete the established personal sales plan.
- Achieve payment collection.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or above, 2+ years of experience in a similar position, with priority given to majors in logistics management, shipping, international trade, or related fields.
- Familiar with computer operation procedures, especially WORD/EXCEL.
- Hardworking, motivated, proactive, and willing to challenge for high salaries.
- Strong ability to withstand pressure and a passion for sales.
- Basic English skills, CET-4 or above.
